*Regular size refers to the upper limit of height and width. For example, if the height is 2in, the width is 2.5in, then the size is 2.5in.

The actual size refers to the dimensions of the longest side, including the hole position and clear border.

1：Please make it at least 300 resolution & 1000 pixels in CMYK pattern.

2：If the design is only one layer, please make it to PNG file with transparent background. If more than 1 layer, please make it to PSD file.

You can cancel your order before you confirming the mock-ups. You can change your order before we start to produce. So please contact us for the datas if you want change some thing by email or by shop connection.

The shipping address can be changed before the package is shipped out. Please contact us by email or shop connection on working days with order number, thanks.

A) Goods damaged in the course of transport;

B) Inconsistent with the products or parts specified in your order;

C) The material/size specified or provided in your order is incorrect

If customization has been completed according to your requirements, there will be no refund and return if the problem boils down to the following points

A) There's something wrong with your designs, size or process, etc

B) The final result is not as you expected, and you don't like it, etc.

C) After you have confirmed the proofs and production has finished

D) The address is incorrect and the customs fees are not payed

Orders already in production or completed need to be refunded due to your personal reasons, you need to bear the cost of the part already produced.

Color difference problem can not be avoided. We can make it again for you if the color difference is too big.

The sample

We do offer a sample service, and you should expect to produce multiple prototypes of your design before moving into final production. This will give you a clearer idea of what the final design will look like and help you avoid any disappointment once you receive the finished product.
